Please be sure to call our office no later than 2:00pm the day before your last pick up day. Calls received after 2:00pm will be scheduled for the next week.
The following information is needed to close your account:
All accounts must be paid in full before service may be stopped.
We will take a final payment over the phone when you call to cancel service.
Any credit on the account will be refunded to you by mail.
All carts & bins must be returned to us on your last pick up.
Any carts or bins not returned will result in replacement fees.

-Driver’s License #
-Date of Birth
-Phone #s: Home, Cell & Work
RENT? We will need your landlord’s name, address & phone #
We suggest E-Bills because they are more secure & arrive faster
