    Please be sure to call our office no later than 2:00pm the day before your last pick up day.        Calls received after 2:00pm will be scheduled for the next week.

   

    The following information is needed to close your account:

  • YOUR LAST PICK UP DAY.  This would be on a regular pick up day
  • FORWARDING ADDRESS.  So that we may mail you any credit balance.
  • FINAL PAYMENT:

            All accounts must be paid in full before service may be stopped.
            We will take a final payment over the phone when you call to cancel service.
            Any credit on the account will be refunded to you by mail.

  • CARTS / BINS

            All carts & bins must be returned to us on your last pick up.

            Any carts or bins not returned will result in replacement fees.

  • MAILING ADDRESS (if different than service address)
  • ACCOUNT HOLDER INFO:

            -Driver’s License #
            -Date of Birth
            -Phone #s:  Home, Cell & Work
            -Email address

  • DO YOU OWN OR RENT?

            RENT? We will need your landlord’s name, address & phone #

  • DO YOU WANT PAPER BILLS OR EMAIL BILLS?

            We suggest E-Bills because they are more secure & arrive faster

  • WHAT SERVICE LEVEL WOULD YOU LIKE?
